In most cases, you will submit any necessary information, reports, and imaging during your onboarding questionnaire. Beyond that, bring whatever you need to feel comfortable. Some patients like to bring or take notes, and family and friends are always welcome.
How do I schedule an appointment with your practice?
Scheduling an appointment is simple with our easy-to-use online booking tool. If you encounter any difficulties or require assistance, please reach out to our friendly team at 1300-429-411.
How early should I arrive for my appointment?
Arriving just 3-5 minutes before your appointment is sufficient. If you happen to arrive earlier, feel free to check in and then head next door to our local cafè for a coffee while you wait.
What types of insurance do you accept?
We accept a variety of insurance types. Many of our services qualify for Medicare rebates, and we accept private health insurance for all applicable allied health services. We also accept Worker's Compensation and motor vehicle accident insurance, subject to approval from your claims manager. DVA and ADF health services are welcome as well.
How do I get my prescription refilled?
To get your prescription refilled, book an appointment with your Painless doctor. If you need it urgently, please call or email us, and we will ensure we get you in as soon as possible.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your appointment at any time with 72 hours' notice without incurring a fee. Cancellations made with less than 72 hours' notice are subject to a $50-100 cancellation fee. If you do not attend your appointment, the full fee applies.
