Painless provides a self-guided 30-day program that includes educational content about chronic pain, guided journal prompts, audio exercises, mood and pain tracking, an evidence collection tool, and curated resources.

We may update, modify, or reorganise program content at any time to improve the experience or reflect current research. Access to the program depends on your account status and entitlements.

All payments are processed by Stripe. Current pricing is displayed on our Pricing page.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the program within 30 days of purchase, contact us at support@painless.health to request a refund.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes do not affect existing purchases.

7. Your Content

Through the program, you create content including journal entries, evidence list items, and assessment responses. You retain ownership of everything you write.

By using the service, you grant Painless a limited licence to store and process your content for the purpose of providing the program features. We may also use anonymised, aggregated data (which cannot identify you) to improve the program.

You are responsible for the content you create within the platform.

8. Acceptable Use

When using Painless, you agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the system
• Share your account credentials with others
• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from program content
• Use the service in a way that could harm other users or interfere with operations

All program content — including educational material, audio exercises, journal prompts, illustrations, and branding — is owned by Painless and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without written permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors at all times. We do not guarantee any specific health outcomes from using the program.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Painless shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or personal injury, arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the service is limited to the amount you have paid to Painless for access to the program.

Results vary from person to person. Painless does not guarantee any specific reduction in pain, improvement in symptoms, or other health outcome. The program is informed by contemporary pain neuroscience research, but individual outcomes depend on many factors.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Painless if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@painless.health.

Upon termination, your right to access the service ends. We will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Your use of Painless is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through an in-app notice. Continued use of Painless after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

16. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Painless will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
