Pelvic Floor Assessment

Get a comprehensive view of your pelvic health through a detailed examination of the pelvic structures and muscles.

How it works?

Have you heard of a pelvic floor assessment? It's a specialized check-up done by a pelvic health physiotherapist. They'll first examine the outside structures around your pelvis. Then they also do a gentle internal examination. This helps them understand the strength of your pelvic muscles, if there are any structural issues, or if you might have any signs of a prolapse. Ultimately, you're physiotherapist is looking to find anything that might be causing you pain or hindering your normal pelvic function.
