Having found it to be the quickest and easiest option for delivering quality digital care, we use Zoom for all our video consultations. There's no need to sign up or create an account. Click the link in your invitation email

In preparation for your video consult, Painless will send you an email invitation. Find and click the "join link" when you're ready to begin your appointment. The link will automatically take you to the video call. (If your practitioner is not already logged on and waiting, don't worry, they won't be far away.)
