PAIN CONDITIONS

Arthritis pain

Pain arising from joint inflammation or degeneration.

The term ‘arthritis’ refers to a large class of medical conditions involving pain, inflammation and – in some cases – degeneration of the connective tissues that form your joints. Arthritis often also has secondary effects in the nervous and immune systems, triggering an inflammatory response that amplifies pain overtime.

Treating arthritis requires that we address both the changes within the joints themselves and the secondary inflammatory response.

Our treatment approach

Solving arthritis generally requires a multidisciplinary approach – combining physiotherapy, targeted nutraceuticals, nutritional interventions and, in some cases, medications.

Arthritis treatments will vary depending upon your specific condition and pain levels. For those experiencing limited success with frontline interventions, a minimally-invasive procedure may also be considered.
